tivoli - lodge info

Location

Tivoli is in an ideal situation approximately 500m from the Falls Express ski lift. It is one of the true ski-in ski-out lodges on the mountain. It is close to both supermarkets on the mountain. See falls creek info for maps of the resort.

Lodge Layout

Basement: this is where your skis are stored overnight
Ground floor: this is where you will find the drying room, games room, laundry, amenities and bedrooms 8,9 & 10
First floor: this is where you will find the dining room, lounge room, kitchen and bedrooms 1,3 & 4
Second floor: only bedrooms 5,6 & 7

Facilities

The fully equipped kitchen includes electric stoves, fridges, freezer, microwave oven, and all utensils. Your room will have an allocated cupboard, fridge and freezer space. All you need to supply is the food and drink.

For your entertainment do not hesitate to bring up your own CDs and DVDs to watch whilst relaxing on the comfy sofas after a hard day on the slopes. There is table tennis table, pool table and dart board in the games room.

We have a public telephone at the ground floor entrance. There is no Internet connection though there are various cafes on the mountain.

Children

Children's facilities include a portacot, highchair and a selection of toys and games. If you require a portacot during your stay please advise the booking officer beforehand as it will be assigned on a first come basis. As with all the other beds you will be required to bring your own linen for the portacot.

Caretakers

Belinda and David are our caretakers at the lodge. During your stay if you have any enquiries, they'd be glad to help. Please note, the caretakers are there only to keep the public areas clean. The cleanliness of your room is your own responsibility. When leaving the lodge we ask that you make sure your room is vacuumed and tidy and that the wash basin and mirror are clean.
